Congress, HHF to organise Health Camps in city slum areas

Hyderabad: Hyderabad City Congress Committee (HCCC) Minorities Department, in association with Healthier Hearts Foundation, will organise health camps in different areas of twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad from September 26 onwards.

HCC Minorities Dept Chairman Sameer Waliullah and TPCC Spokesperson Syed Nizamuddin on Monday informed that a series of Health Camps were being organised in slum areas to facilitate poor people undergo various medical tests including ECG, 2D Echo, Blood Tests, Sugar GRBS, BP, etc., General physicians and specialists, especially cardiologists, will be available in the camps. Medicines would also be given to patients at free of cost.

The medical camps in the first phase are being organised in the following areas: September 26 (Thursday) in First Lancers; September 28 (Saturday) – Golconda & September 29 (Sunday) in Rasoolpura.

Sameer Waliullah has requested the people living in specified areas to avail the opportunity by participating in the health camps.
