Congress seeks site for party office in Hanamkonda
Hanamkonda: The Congress Warangal Urban district unit sought a site for its party office in the city.
A delegation of Congress leaders led by DCC president Naini Rajender Reddy met District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil here on Thursday and submitted a memorandum to him seeking allotment of a site for their party office. Referring to the government's move that allotted a site for the construction of TRS party office in all the districts of the State, Reddy urged the administration to allot them a site for them as well.
The DCC president also submitted another memorandum to the Collector to ensure basic amenities in the registration office of urban district. "Due to lack of basic amenities, people, who turn to registration office, has been facing hardships and this needs to be addressed immediately," Reddy urged the Collector.
Greater Warangal Congress Committee president Katla Srinivas Rao, TPCC secretaries – EV Srinivas Rao, Dr Puli Anil Kumar, senior leaders Modem Sridhar Goud, Banka Sampath Yadav, K Ganesh and Md Nehal were among others present.
