Congress to get high number of seats in municipal elections: Uttam

TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy predicted that the Congress party would win the highest number of seats in the ensuing municipal elections.

Speaking at the state-level TPCC meeting organised at Sangareddy, Uttam said that the conduct of elections indirectly is nothing but to encourage defections. He further said that BC reservation should be done on the basis of its population.

Congress state in-charge RC Kuntia, CLP leader Bhatti Vikarmarka attended as chief guests to the meeting.

Other leaders such as former minister Geetha Reddy, former CLP leader Shabbir Ali, Ponnam Prabhakar, AICC secretaries Bosuraju, Vamsichandar Reddy and Saleem were present.
