Congress will extend full support to bandh: Bhatti

Khammam: Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leader Bhatti Vikramarkha said the Congress party was extending full support to the State bandh on October 19, in Khammam on Friday. He was speaking to media people at District Congress party office in Khammam.

Bhatti appealed to the people to support State bandh and extend solidarity with the striking RTC employees. He said the strike has been going on in the State for the last fourteen days, but the government is not taking responsibility.

He said the people in the State were suffering due to the strike but Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was not bothered. He said the Chief Minister was ruling like a dictator. The Chief Minister was not even giving appointment to his party general secretary to discuss the RTC issue. He appealed to the people to protect the RTC and urged that everyone should participate in the bandh on October 19.

He rubbished the policies of the State government. The CLP leader said that the Chief Minister has not given importance to High Court orders also and demanded that the government immediately call the RTC workers and solve their issues.
