Constructing New Capital In Amaravati is Waste Of Money : KCR

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has said that he suggested former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu stop spending money for the construction of new capital in Amaravati and instead divert the funds to develop irrigation facility in Rayalaseema region.

Replying debate on Budget in Assembly, KCR said that however Naidu fell on deaf ears to his suggestion and spent money on Amaravati capital and the result was known to all.

He asserted the governments should accord top priority to develop irrigation facility which gives a big succour o the deprived farmers. His government is allocating huge funds for irrigation in Telangana and the benefits are reaching to the farmers.
