IT companies are willing to work with traffic police on a staggering protocol that can inform when and what size traffic to stagger, agreements between the company facility managers and Cyberabad traffic police will be signed and a map of major companies in impacted areas in the agreement will be drawn up to regulate traffic.

It was decided that the infrastructure and other developmental work which are being carried out by the various departments in the city would be completed in a timely manner with proper coordination.

Greater Hyderabad Municipality Corporation (GHMC) has decided to grant permission to constructions of multi-storied buildings in the borders of the cantonment area but they first have to acquire a NOC letter from the Cantonment board before the permission from GHMC.

Army Officials said since the Army has many sensitive and security elements in the Cantonment area, a NOC letter has to be granted from the Army in the context of issuing permits for the multi-storey building along the cantonment grounds.

Dana Kishore ordered Town Planning officials not to grant permissions for multi-storied building before a letter of NOC from the Cantonment authorities.

Dana Kishore has instructed the Water Board officials to take appropriate action to remove the pipeline which is an obstacle to the construction of the four-line railway under bridge at Hitec City, as requested by the Railway Officials.

During heavy rains in the Greater Hyderabad, water logging centres must be identified and there should be a continuous monitoring of water logging.

A senior officer from GHMC will be deployed for every two circles and these officers would be known as the Monsoon Monitoring Officer, they would be tasked with identifying areas of water logging in the circles assigned to them and working with relevant field officers, said Dana Kishore.

GHMC Commissioner said The Hyderabad Road Development Corporation requested to provide large scale compensation for various development projects in the city, and the government has been asked to review the matter once again.
