Cops told to adopt technical knowledge in Nirmal

Nirmal: Superintendent of Police C Shashidhar Raju said police should adopt technological knowledge efficiently to manage crimes and to capture criminals immediately. The cops were also told to ensure that the criminals will not commit another crime and also to increase public confidence on police system.

Addressing a training programme at SP camp office here on Tuesday, the SP ordered the police to respond immediately to the calls received through Dial 100, especially from women and victims.

Sub-inspector Venkatesh, rural inspector Krishna Kumar, IT core in-charge SK Muad Ali and other were present.
