Cops told to study evidences carefully in land dispute cases: Nalgonda SP AV Ranganath

Nalgonda: Superintendent of Police AV Ranganath directed the police officials to maintain transparency and render justice to victims by ascertaining the facts in land dispute cases.

On Friday, along with Additional SP Narmadha, he conducted the crime review meeting at district police office meeting hall in Nalgonda.

Addressing the officials, he directed them to know ground reality before coming to a conclusion in land issues. "Submit proper evidence before the court to render justice to the victims," he said, asking the officials to study revenue records carefully and carryout video recordings while collecting the facts.

Many cases can be resolved at the earliest by collecting comprehensive information about the land issues, he asserted.

Render valuable services to the people by paying special attention to the pending cases, he underlined.

He suggested the staff to utilise the available technology in solving the cases and upload the case files from time to time.

The SP also stressed on the need for special surveillance on ganja and advised the officials to create awareness among youth about the on ill-effects of consuming ganja and banned gutka products.

Deputy Superintendents of Police Venkateshwar Reddy, Venkateshwar Rao, Anand Reddy and GV Ramana Reddy, Circle Inspectors Suresh Babu, Ravinder, Bala Gopal, PND Prasad and Basha Adi Reddy, Reserved Inspectors Shankar Pratap and Spardan Raju and staff attended the meeting.
