Corona strikes again in Karimnagar
Karimnagar: The entire district was in the grip of fear after the increasing corona positive cases in the recent times.
Last week, two cases were reported in Vidyanagar and Mankamathota and were under home quarantine; more than 13 cases were reported on Saturday from Huzurabad, Veenavanka, Malyal and Mallapur mandals; one retired Singareni employee died at Godavarikani; and a vegetable vendor of Ramanapally village,
Jammikunta mandal, died of corona on Saturday at Warangal MGM Hospital.
The vegetable vendor fell ill two days ago and his family members were sent for further medical examinations. The officials are searching for the details of the people, who the deceased came into contact and the areas he visited for selling vegetables, in the last five days.
Trade unions announced that shops and marketing business will be done strictly from 10 am to 2 pm and Rs 5,000 penalty will be imposed if anyone goes against the union rules.
