Court bench clerk lands in ACB net

Hyderabad: A bench clerk of 9th AMM Court at Kukatpally named A Srinivasulu was caught red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths on Saturday when he was accepting bribe of Rs 2,000 from complainant to do an official favour.

According to ACB officials, complainant S Shiva Kumar complained to the ACB stating that the accused had demanded bribe for placing the bail petitions before the judge.

On receipt of the complaint, officials caught the accused red-handed in his office and produced before the Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases on Saturday.
