Deer killed in road accident

Vikarabad: A deer was killed when an identified vehicle hit the animal near Tharur, here on Monday.
As many as 11 deer have been killed in such road accidents in this year. It is alleged that the negligent attitude of the forest department officials is the main reason for the death of the poor animals.
Officials are granting permissions for film and TV serial shootings but not measures have been taken to protect the animals, locals alleged.
