Development possible through the cooperative system: KDCCB Vice-President V Mohan Reddy

Karimnagar: Karimnagar District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd (KDCCB) Vice-President V Mohan Reddy said that sustainable development could be achieved only through co-operative systems. He recalled 'one for all and all for one', the principle of cooperative society and said that man should live with cooperation.

Commemorating All India Cooperation Week from Thursday to November 20, KDCCB Vice-President Mohan Reddy inaugurated the Co-operative Week celebrations at Karimnagar headquarters on Thursday.

Chief Executive Officer N Satyanarayana Rao said that members and the community should be protected from brokers through cooperative system. He said that credit unions were formed to protect farmers from middlemen, who loot the people in the name of providing financial services to the public. KDCCB is providing credit for agricultural development and non-agricultural development also and also paying more interest on deposits than other commercial banks, he added.

Bank DGMs B Sridhar, DCO Srimala K Srijanth, Md Riyazoddin, Kakatiya Cooperative Training College Lecturer Rajaiah and bank staff were present on the occasion.
