Devotees throng Hanuman temples

Vikarabad: On the occasion of lord Hanuman Jayanthi, a large number of devotees thronged the temples in the district on Friday. Devotees offered specials prayers and performed pujas in various temples.

Large queues were seen at Bandabavi Anjaneya Swamy temple near Anantagiri. Annadanam was conducted at the temple premises. The lord was taken out in procession as local MLA Dr Metuku Anand participated in Pallaki Seva. Earlier, MLA performed special puja.
