EAMCET from May 4
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) have announced the schedule of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test 2020 (TS EAMCET-2020).
Addressing at a joint media conference here on Saturday, TSCHE Chairman Prof T Papi Reddy, Vice-Chairman, Prof V Venkata Ramana and Convenor of TS EAMCET-2020, Dr A Govardhan, announced that the Computer Based Test (CBT) through online mode will be held on May 4, 5 and 7 for engineering and on May 9 and 11 for Agriculture and Medical stream.
Prof Papi Reddy said the notification for EAMCET appears on February 19 and submission of online applications will start from February 21. The last date for submission of online applications without late fee is March 30 and applicants will be allowed to make corrections to the online application data already submitted by the candidate from March 31 to April 3.
Candidates can submit their applications with a late fee of Rs 500 until April 6, with a late fee of Rs 1000 by April 13, with a late fee of Rs 5,000 till April 20, with a late fee of Rs 10,000 by April 27.
Downloading of hall-tickets will start from April 20 and ends on May 1.
The CBT examinations will be held in two sessions in the morning and afternoon. The morning session will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM and the afternoon test will be from 3 PM to 6 PM, he added.
