Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy Minister promises to provide enhanced pensions from August in Suryapet

Suryapet: Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy assured to develop Suryapet as a role model town in the State in the coming days. On Tuesday, he laid foundation stones for development works worth Rs 73 crore in Suryapet town limits.

Speaking on the occasion, he assured to provide underground drainage system in the town and also develop Pullareddy pond with an estimated cost of Rs 17 crore.

Stating that TRS government has freed the people of Suryapet from the clutches of polluted Musi water and provided safe drinking water (Krishna Water ) through Mission Baghiratha scheme, he said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao with personal interest and affection had sanctioned government medical college to Suryapet and people of this region can get better treatment at the hospital attached to the medical college.

Stating that so far 70 per cent of CC roads were laid in Suryapet town in the last five years, he promised of providing enhanced pensions from August. He urged the people of Suryapet to support TRS in the forthcoming municipal elections to develop the town in all aspects.

In this programme, Rajya Sabha member Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, former Municipal Chairperson Ganduri Pravallika, other leaders and party supporters participated.
