Election notification for MPTC, ZPTC polls to be released after Aprill 11

The Election Commission will release the election notification for MPTC and ZPTC elections after April 11 i.e, after Lok Sabha elections. A notification with respect to it has already been passed to the districts.

The State election commissioner Nagi Reddy held a meeting on Tuesday with district collectors, police commissioners and SPs through video conference where he clarified that the notification will be released after Lok Sabha elections.

However, he also asked the officials to complete the election arrangements by April 7 after which a draft notification will be released.
