Encounter termed a just act: Ragam Sujata Yadav

Serilingampally: State Social Welfare Board Chairperson Ragam Sujata Yadav on Friday expressed happiness, 'as an ordinary citizen of the country', over the encounter killing of the accused in Disha gang rape-murder case.

She observed that the encounter killing was 'what was desired by people', while hailing the police action as 'just'. Yadav stated that she had desired the killers be hanged.

'Encounter killing is also good, as it will be an example how to prevent Disha-like incidents'. She expressed thanks to the Telangana police for 'showing a direction to Disha'.
