Ex-MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy attends Children's Day celebrations in Khammam

Khammam: Former MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy participated in the Children's Day celebrations held at Gurukulam School in Khammam on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the former MP stated that the TRS government was giving more funds for the development of the education sector in the State. He said the government was taking up construction of new buildings for all Gurukulam schools.

Stating that Telangana was the only State in the country providing KG to PG free education, Ponguleti said as part of turning the State into Bangaru Telangana, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was giving top priority to the education and health sectors. Later, the former MP participated in games with the schoolchildren.

Telangana Rashtra Samithi leaders Veeru Naik, Ravindra Naik, Venkat Ramana, Devender and others accompanied the former MP.
