Excise Minister launches 30-day action plan in Mahbubnagar

Mahbubnagar: Buoyed with the success of 30 day action plan programme in the villages, Mahbubnagar MLA and Minister for Excise and Tourism Srinivas Goud along with District Collector Ronald Rose launched 30 day action plan in Mahbubnagar municipality on Tuesday. This comes after the directions of MA&UD Minister K T Rama Rao.

While speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the 30 day action plan programme in the villages was a continuous process. This will be going on in a continuous manner, after the success of the programme in the villages now we have decided to launch the same in the urban and municipal areas and the government has decided to launch the programme from Mahbubnagar municipality first, the Minister added.

The Minister along with the District Collector launched the programme in Ward number 37 of Mahbubnagar municipality and conducted a meeting with locals and tried to find out the issues and problems in their ward. The Minister took hold of the JCB and destroyed a fallen building which was in dilapidated condition and razed it down to clear the way for open, free and safe area for the ward dwellers.
