Expedite pending works: Harish Rao

Zaheerabad: Minister Harish Rao directed officers to complete all the ongoing works in the municipal limits at the earliest. He reviewed the status of works in a meeting organised here at municipal office on Friday.

Harish told the officials to see that works should go on pace, otherwise take action on the contractors. Works like graveyard, drainage, roads should be given top priority, the minister said. He also said that works for Zaheerabad should be launched immediately. Shift the vendors to other place, take help of the police, if required, Harish ordered the officials.

He also stressed for speed up the works of Mission Bhagiratha, distribution of dust bins, construction of double-bed room houses etc. MLC Fareeduddin was also present.
