Farmers Naga Maheshwar and his family members carrying pesticides and petrol cans staging a protest in front of Koya Ramakrishna’s house in Nizamabad on Friday

Nizamabad: An aggrieved farmer's family along with pesticides and petrol cans staged a protest in front of Koya Ramakrishna's house, threatening of committing suicide if the latter don't pay the balance amount.

The victim, Naga Maheshwar, a farmer of Keshpur village, Dharmaram mandal, said that he had sold his three acres and eight guntas land to Koya Ramakrishna, who claims to the follower of Rural MLA Bajireddy Goverdhan.

Ramakrishna paid Rs 95 lakhs to the farmer and didn't paid the balance amount. "When I asked him about the balance amount, Ramakrishna reportedly threatened to kill me," Naga Maheshwar stated. Also, Ramakrishna is challenging us for asking him money, who is MLA's follower, thefarmer added.

Naga Maheshwar along with his family staged a protest in front of Ramakrishna'a house at Pridhwi apartments in Nizamabad.

They said that they will continue their protest till they get the money, threatening to kill themselves.
