Farmers blessed TRS in PACS polls: MLA Lingaiah

Ramannapet(Yadadri-Bhongir): Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah on Sunday said that farmers blessed the TRS in PACS elections as the government have been striving hard for their welfare.

He participated in filing of nominations of PACS chairman and vice chairman posts in Ramannapet in the district.

Listing out the steps being taken by the State government for farmers, he said the TRS government is giving top priority to the Agriculture sector.

Giving example of the Kaleshwaram Project, the MLA said that the government by overcoming all financial hurdles providing irrigation facility to lakhs of acres of land to make the State fertile.

The MLA assured farmers modernisation of Pillaipally and Daramareddy canals to provide irrigation facility for two crops in this region.
