Financial survey should mirror facts in Nizamabad

Nizamabad: District Collector MRM Rao said the financial survey should reflect the facts and real figures at a review meeting on the seventh economic survey here on Tuesday.

"The results of the survey will be useful to both Central and State governments to make administrative decisions. If people give right answers, the right policies will be implemented," he said. The Collector asked the officials to set up a Citizen Chart at every Mee Seva centers and display a price table.

CPO Ramulu, NSS officer Rajendra Prasd, DSO, Assistant Statistical officers were present at the meeting.

'Resolve internal disputes'

In another meeting, District Collector MRM Rao has asked the officials of forest and revenue departments collectively to investigate the disputed lands. Speaking at a meeting in his chamber here on Tuesday, Rao said the two departments should resolve their internal disputes and told the forest officials to be strict on forest land encroachments.

DFO Sunil, Joint Collector Venkateshwarlu, DRO Anjaiah and others participated in the meeting.
