Free health check-up camp for cleft lip children held in Karimnagar

Karimnagar: District Medical and Health Officer Dr R Rammohan Rao inaugurated a free health check-up camp for children with cleft lip in Karimnagar on Tuesday.

GSR Hospitals, Saidabad of Hyderabad organised the camp at District Early Intervention Centre situated in Mother and Child Healthcare Centre here. The free camp was held from 10.30 am to 1 pm to check and conduct surgeries to the children with cleft lip.

About 23 children along with their parents attended the camp. After testing, the doctors 15 to GSR Hospitals, Hyderabad for doing surgery on Thursday (July 18).

Representatives from GSR Hospitals Dr Rajith, Maxillo Facial Surgeon Dr Sevanand Kumar, Hospital Manager Dr Samatha, Children specialist Dr Juveria, RBSK Coordinator Dr Sagar and Health Officer Jyothi were present along with others.
