GHMC and revenue officials intensified demolition of encroachments in Greater Hyderabad

Hyderabad: As the monsoon season nearing, officials of GHMC and revenue department intensified demolition of illegal encroachments and constructions near the Meeralam lake in Rajendranagar.

The officials along with the large number of staff demolished the illegal constructions on National highway 44 from the Zoo park area to Shamshabad.

When the encroachers obstructed them, by deploying police personnel in large numbers officials are continuing the demolition works.
