GHMC officials demolished footpath encroachments at Ameerpet, Maitrivanam and SR Nagar

Hyderabad: Officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Tuesday demolished the encroachments on the footpath at Maitrivanam, SR Nagar and Ameerpet.

Tension prevailed at the premises when 10 cranes, 25 vehicles and more than 100 staff participated in the demolition works and removed flexes and boards in the areas. Traffic police took measures to maintain the free flow of traffic on the road.
