Give reasons for rejecting pleas: Khammam Joint Collector tells officials

Khammam: Give importance to all pleas received during Grievance Day, directed District Joint Collector Anurag Jayanthi. On Monday, he took part in the Grievance Day programme held at the Collectorate along with the district officers and directed them to clear pleas in the stipulated time.

The Joint Collector also appealed to the people to mention their details and phone numbers in their application. Adding that every application should be uploaded online, he directed the officials to mention the reasons for rejecting applications. Meanwhile, the officials received a large number of pleas with regard to allotting double bedroom houses in their mandals during the Monday's programme. Assistant Collector Hanmanth Kodimba, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Priyanka, District Revenue Officer Sirisha and heads of various department attended the programme.
