Give salaries to SCCL contract workers as per G.O.: CITU in Kothagudem

Kothagudem: Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) Vice President Y Krishnaiah on Friday demanded that the government give salaries to SCCL contract workers as per GO.

He conducted a meeting with the workers at Civil office in the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) at Kothagudem. Speaking on the occasion, he said the company was not giving salaries to contract workers as per the GO.

He said skilled workers working for the company have been facing many issues due to insufficient salaries. He demanded that the management give salaries as per the skill of workers.

CITU branch president M Chandra Sekhar, leaders Sambha Rao, Balakrishna, Sammaiah, Ramesh, Hari, Mahender and others attended the programme.
