Government doctors to hold one-hour protest

Hyderabad: The Telangana Government Doctors Central Association gave a call to all local TGGDA units and members to participate in IMA medical bandh by staging one-hour protest from 9 to 10 am in their respective hospitals.

Dr Praveen, Dr Narahari and Dr Rauf from TGGDA said that saving medical profession is the need of the hour by saying no to NMC Bill.

They hoped intellectuals who are present in Rajya Sabha raise strong objections against the bill in its present form. NMC Bill is anti-poor, anti- student, and pro corporate, the doctors said.
