Governor, CM condoles demise of Justice Subhashan Reddy

Hyderabad: Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana E.S.L. Narasimhan and Lady Governor Vimala Narasimhan visited the residence of former Lokayukta Justice B. Subhashan Reddy at Hyderabad on Wednesday and placed a wreath on the mortal remains of Late Sri Justice Subhashan Reddy.

The Governor in a message said Justice Subhashan Reddy was an eminent jurist and held important positions such as Judge of the A.P. High Court in the united Andhra Pradesh, Chief Justice of Madras High Court, Kerala High Court, the first Chairman of the A.P. State Human Rights Commission and Lokayukta of Andhra Pradesh. He conveyed his deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to members of the bereaved family.

Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao expressed deep condolences on the demise of Justice Subhashan Reddy. He remembered the contribution made by Late Subhashan Reddy for the country serving as Chief Justice for various high courts.

In a message, the Chief Minister conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members. He has instructed the Chief Secretary to conduct last rites of Late Subhashan Reddy with state honours.
