Govt showing bias against SC/ST atrocities cases: MRPS Manda Krishna Madiga
Khammam: Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) founder president Manda Krishna Madiga alleged that the government was showing discrimination against the SC, BC and ST atrocities cases in the State. He also said that the police were acting negligent in SC,ST and BC atrocity cases. He demanded immediate solution for SC,ST and BC atrocity cases.
He participated in a seminar of SC, ST and BC communities held at Ambedkar Bhavan in Khammam on Sunday. He said when rape cases were registered by OC women, the police were reacting immediately but in Backward Classes case the police were neglecting. He said police took immediate action in Disha case and encountered the accused in nine days, but it is not happening like that in SC,BC and ST cases.
He demanded that the State government find a way for solving SC,ST and BC atrocity cases immediately. He further demanded that the government set up fast track courts and ensure speed justice.
He warned the government if it does not take any action in SC,ST and BC atrocity cases then they would intensify the agitation. MRPS leaders Venkateswarlu Madiga, Y Venkateswarlu and others participated.
