Groundbreaking ceremony held for new Legislative assembly in Telangana

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Friday marking the beginning of the construction of new integrated Legislative assembly at Erramanzil.

The ceremony was held at Jalasoudha in front of the ENC irrigation office

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar began the ceremony in the presence of the cabinet colleague, MPs, MLAs and MLCs.

The new legislative assembly will house the assembly, council halls and central halls expecting the cost around Rs 100 crore.

All the legislators and MPs will then head to Pragati Bhavan where the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao hosted lunch at 1 pm.
