Haj 2019: Telangana gets 34 seats from Govt Quota

Hyderabad: Telangana State Haj Committee Chairman Mohammed Masiullah Khan on Wednesday informed that the Haj Committee of India, Mumbai, released details of Government Quota for Haj -2019. Haj Committee of India released 34 seats from Government Quota for Telangana State.

Meanwhile, TSHC Executive Officer Mohammed Abdul Waheed said provisionally selected pilgrims were required to deposit Total Amount Rs. 2,01,000/- each. Payment can be made either online at website: www.hajcommittee.gov.in or in Haj Committee of India account maintained with SBI and UBI through any branch of mentioned banks. Pilgrims can deposit amount by cheque of any branch of SBI / UBI in favour of the respective bank.

The provisionally selected pilgrims may be advised that after depositing the amount, original valid machine-readable International passport with one colour photograph attached to the back of passport with adhesive tape, pay-in-slip of the deposited amount along with Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate should be submitted to Telangana State Haj Committee on or before 10th May. The Telangana State Haj Committee shall submit the passports after uploading all documents along with pay-in-slip / medical Screening and Fitness Certificate to Haj Committee of India, on or before 15th May.
