Hanamkonda: TRS government wants the middlemen to thrive and wants the problems of farmers to be perpetuated says Dharmapuri Aravind
Hanamkonda: The TRS government wants the middlemen to thrive and wants the problems of farmers to be perpetuated, Nizamabad BJP Lok Sabha member Dharmapuri Aravind said.
Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he alleged that beginning with Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and down to hamalis, everyone has their role in the downfall of farmers. Referring to the new agriculture laws, Aravind wanted to know the adverse effects from KCR.
"The BJP-led Central government is ready to allay the fears of farmers in regard with the minimum support price (MSP). The Centre has already assured the farmers of resolving the issues faced by the farmers by amending the laws," Aravind said. The Opposition is raising hue and cry without properly going through the farm laws, he said, stating that KCR is unfit for the Chief Minister post.
Both the TRS and Congress that worked against the interests of the farmers are now blaming the BJP by spreading misinformation about the farm laws, he alleged. He accused KCR of opposing the farm laws that eradicate the middlemen system in the farm purchases.
