Health awareness classes for SCCL staff held in Kothagudem

Kothagudem: The department of Human Resource Development of Singareni Collieries Company Limited started health awareness classes for their staff in Kothagudem on Wednesday. Doctor Bakhtiar Choudhary who conducted the classes stressed on maintaining a good lifestyle by taking balanced diet and regular exercises.

He also explained the importance of balanced diet besides giving several health tips. Pit Office Assistants (POA), Personal Assistants (PAs) and clerical staff attended the programme.

General Manager (HRD) SVSS Ramalingeswar, Assistant General Manager GES Prakash Rao, Assistant General Manager Sri Ram also participated in the programme.

Meanwhile, SCCL General Manager K Basavaiah informed that an Ayurveda health camp would be conducted on Thursday at Corporate Officer Club at 3pm where Dr Viswanath Maharshi would extend his services. Free medicines would be distributed in the camp, he added.
