Mahbubnagar: Health camp exclusively for women held

Mahbubnagar: A health camp was organised exclusively for women at Chukkapur village of Talakondapally mandal on Tuesday. As part of the programme, Gynaecologist Dr Narmada Katakam said that they have decided to organised this medical camp exclusively for women based on the directions of Swami Chinna Jeeyar and said that in the society, the women were the ones who have been suffering with various ailments and they usually do not come out openly to tell their problems due to fear and shame.

To serve such people, the Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Trust is organising many such medical camps across the country and as part of this, the organisers held a medical camp in Chukkapur where women from surrounding villages came to the camp and got themselves screened and diagnosed. "So far, we have organised many such medical camps for women and screened lakhs of women and provided healthcare services. We are requesting the women to come to the camp and get themselves checked and get necessary treatment," said Dr Narmada.
