Heavy rains lash Nizamabad, Kamareddy

Nizamabad/Kamareddy: Heavy rains lashed Nizamabad and Kamareddy districts on Wednesday. Continuous rain for more than one and half hours disturbed the public life in Kamareddy on Wednesday.

Telangana State Planning Development Officer Venumadhav said 83 mm of rain was registered.

Roads were overflowing with rainwater. Ganj agricultural market yard was inundated making the farmers panic as their maize produce was completely damaged.
