House burgled, gold, silver articles stolen

Hyderabad: A house at Telcom Nagar under Raidurgam police station limits was burgled on Friday.

Gold ornaments and silver articles worth about Rs 4 lakh were stolen.According to police, Anand Parashivan (31), a software engineer, lodged a complaint, saying that he had gone to office at 12.30 pm along with his wife after locking the door of house.

The couple found the door of kitchen open. The miscreants broke open almirah and stole gold ornaments and silver articles, the complaint said.

Police registered a case under Sections 454, 380 IPC. Investigation is on.
