Huzurnagar bypoll: CPM not to sail with Congress

Huzurnagar (Suryapet): Communist Party of India (Marxist) State secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram stated that the party was going to field candidate for Huzurnagar Assembly constituency bypoll.

On Friday, he participated as chief guest to party workers meeting held at Huzurnagar. Addressing the gathering he said party would not support Congress at any cost in Huzurnagar bypolls.

Stating that the party had decided to field candidate for Huzurnagar bypoll, Tammineni informed that discussions were going on with CPI, Telangana Jana Samithi and Telugu Desam requesting their support. He asserted that with the help of like-minded parties, the CPM will show its strength in Huzurnagar by-election.

Party national council member Cherupally Seetha Ramulu , Miryalaguda former MLA Julakanti Ranga Reddy, party constituency leaders and workers in large number participated in the meeting.
