Huzurnagar bypoll: Elderly woman files nomination demanding pattadar passbook

Protesting against delay in issuing passbook, an 85-year-old woman filed nomination for Huzurnagar bypoll. Lakshmi Narsamma said that she has been running around the officers to issue pattadar passbook for her 100 acres of land.

After failing to get a response from the officials, the woman filed the nomination protesting against the issue. Several others people from Gurrampodu village of Mattampalli also filed the nominations seeking their passbooks. The nomination process for the bypoll will end today.

On the other hand, Congress candidate Padmavati and TDP candidate Kiranmayi filed the nominations today.
