Hyderabad CP Anjani Kumar felicitates mountaineer

Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar on Monday felicitated Bharat Thammineni, young adventure enthusiast from Hyderabad who had recently summitted Mt Lhotse, the fourth highest Peak in the world.

After achieving it he became the first person from South India to scale the difficult Peak. Earlier, he has twice summitted Mount Everest.

Bharat was invited to interact with the Sub-Inspectors of Police of Central, North and West Zones.

Later, the Commissioner along with him distributed appreciation certificates to the police personnel for exhibiting best performance in their respective sphere of work like CCTNS, petty cases, Nenusaitham CCTV cameras, investigation support centre and etc.
