Hyderabad: 23 injured after TSRTC bus rams into lorry in Karimnagar

Around 23 people were injured after a TSRTC bus rammed into a stationary lorry in the wee hours on Sunday here on Hyderabad-Karimnagar road. The condition of the bus driver and two passengers is critical.

The accident occurred at Nuslapur of Thimmapur mandal when the bus was heading to Metpally from Hyderabad

According to the police, the bus driver is believed to be dozed off while driving which ensued to the accident. The injured were shifted to Karimnagar government general hospital for treatment. The front part of the bus is said to be damaged in the accident.

A case has been registered by the police.
