Hyderabad: 3 home guards defeat coronavirus, resume duties

Hyderabad: Three home guards deployed at different police stations in the city joined the services again on Friday after defeating coronavirus.

According to a release from the Commissioner's office, the three home guards had been tested positive of Covid-19 and were admitted to Gandhi Hospital for treatment.

However, after being treated with the deadly disease, the home guards are fit and fine to work and have resumed the services.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar applauded the grit and determination of the cops and has presented them with certificates of appreciation and gifts.
