Hyderabad: Action against illegal cell tower sought in Tilak Nagar

Tilak Nagar: Representatives of Tilak Nagar house owners and shop keepers welfare association met the local MLA Kaleru Venkatesh on Thursday and gave a memorandum urging him to take necessary measures to remove the cell tower erected on a building beside Mediplus shop located on the Tilak Nagar main road. They explained the MLA about the presence of several schools and hospitals in the area and expressed fears that they may be affected by radiation emitted by the tower. The MLA promised to take necessary action on the issue.
