Hyderabad: BJP demands urgent fix to pressing problems in Hafeezpet

Hafeezpet: State BJP Executive member Jnanendra Prasad on Sunday conducted a 'Prajabata programme' here under the supervision of party's division president Sridhar Rao to know people's problems. Party leaders and activists Ashok Balda, Movva Satyaranayana accompanied him during the visit.

Later, Prasad stated that local residents had brought their problems to the party's notice, including improper underground drainage leading to contamination of drinking water, lack of drinking water supply, incomplete road work, piled up garbage and worst sanitary conditions.

He alleged that a graveyard was being encroached because of lack of a compound wall, and accused the TRS leaders of misleading people on the concept of 'Bangaru Telangana' and leaving development works incomplete after laying foundations. Prasad demanded the officials concerned and public representatives to immediately solve people's problems.
