Hyderabad: Case registered against principal for punching student

A case registered against a principal of Sri Chaitanya IIT Academy in Kukatpally for punching a boy student in stomach.

Parents of the 16-year-old boy lodged a complaint with the police who registered a case against the principal. According to the police, the boy, an MPC student was allegedly punched in the stomach multiple times on Friday afternoon when the boy was standing in the corridor with his classmate.

The boy's parents alleged that they had a tiff with the principal two months ago. They believed that the principal is targetting their son since then.

The police registered against Haribabu under relevant sections of IPC.
