Hyderabad: City students excel in langadi tourney in Attapur

Attapur: The students of Bhanodaya High School clinched silver and bronze medals at the recently held 11th National Senior Langadi Championship held in Maharastra.

At a programme held on Wednesday, school correspondent B Bhaskar, principal Bhavani Bhaskar and coach M Prabhakar Gopal felicitated the students, who returned from Naigoan (Maharastra), where the championship was held. "We secured silver medal in boys category, bronze medal in girls category. Five students represented our school," informed the coach. The winners were Ramcharan (7th class), Amith Saha, Narender, Naveen (under boys category) and Shirisha (under girls category) of 8th standard.
