Hyderabad: Drain overflow a perennial issue in Kondapur

Kondapur: The drainage overflow has been creating severe inconvenience for the commuters passing by the road opposite to Vaishnavi Honda showroom here. Due to the drain overflow for the past couple of weeks, the stretch has turned out to be a risky, especially for bikers.

Raj Shekhar, a regular commuter while sharing his plight said, 'The issues has been neglected for a couple of weeks now and the overflow has been spread across the road. Malodorous stench is a big issue. The major risk is for bikers and commuters as they have to pass by this slippery road. The issues should be solved soon before any unfortunate incident happens, as during peak hours the road is too much crowded.'
