Hyderabad: Emotions pour out as old friends reunite

Hyderabad: After the advent of Facebook and Whatsapp, reunions of schoolmates after decades are a common phenomenon these days. The reunion meeting of Little Flower High School 1974 buddies had some significance as completion of sixty years (Shastipoorthi) the bottom line. It had been years and decadres since some saw their old classmates and expressed emotional feelings.

They met up on Sunday to shower encomiums on Harpal Singh, an alumnus of Little Flower High School, Hyderabad, who served as Air Marshal and was awarded Param Vishisht Seva Medal in 2019 for peace-time service of the most exceptional order.

The students who passed matriculation at LFHS four—and-a-half decades ago came to Hyderabad from different parts of the country to meet their pals. They reminisced and reconnected with ex-besties and made keen enquiries on what they were doing all these decades. They were seen joyously sharing their feelings and experiences with one another.
