Hyderabad: GHMC feeds thousands every day

Hyderabad: The GHMC provided free meals to 75,500 persons through 259 regular and temporary Annapurna free meals centers on Wednesday.

Besides this, Annapurna Mobile vehicles delivered 16,890 food packets in containment zones and other places of requirement. After receiving 330 calls for food the GHMC facilitated distribution.

The GHMC's Covid-19 control room received 339 calls on Wednesday. Out of which 2 calls pertains to suspected Corona Cases, while 7 calls for Ambulance facility.
